What is Rural Marketing: The objective of Rural Marketing is to penetrate the rural markets which have substantial potential but neglected and untapped. As per various surveys rural market has more potential on infrastructure and housing development than Urban India. During the most challenging time of pandemics, we set up this team in July ’2020 and hence we could cater rural markets and sustained this division, and since then we have been undertaking on YOY basis. Each member of this division is designated as “Nirman Mitra” and one NM covers 2-3 blocks.
The average team size is 15-20 NM since the formation. We have designed a plan for each Nirman Mitra with support from census data and earlier mapping data as received from company.
